I got an email back in September saying I won…no book yet. They did answer the email I sent them in late December saying it was on it’s way…. February and still no book

I won two books, one in october, one in november. Still haven’t gotten either of them. I tried emailing and got no response. But I sent a message to them on Facebook, and got a response a few hours later saying “We’ve had some glitches with the last few shipments, but rest assured, we’ll make sure you get your books!” So hopefully, they will come soon.
