Now through March 22nd, head on over here to enter the Oreo Cookie vs Cream Text to Win Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes for a chance to win some great prizes! Just enter your email address and mailing information and then choose the “best side” of an Oreo cookie. You can also enter by texting the code COOKIE or CREME to 63065 and following the instructions.
By filling out your information, you’ll automatically be entered to win $100,000 (one lucky winner!). There will also be the following instant winners – be sure to enter twice a day for increased chances of winning!

How do we know when we get them ? Can you enter mre than one with same email ?

I read over the fine print when I won the shuffle… When you enter your info and choose a “side”, it will tell you that you won or lost right away. I think for most (if not all) of us got a message saying simply that our prize would be mailed to us in 6-8 weeks. I did win a shuffle, but I did not get any email regarding this… there is, however, a confirmation number that comes up when you win something, so I’d print it for future reference. As far as rules on entries, there is a limit on two entries per day, per email/phone number/name. But it doesn’t limit how many emails can come from one household… so basically as long as each email you enter is for a different member of the family with a different phone number/email/name than previously entered, you should be good to play the contest. In fact, I’m playing under my email and my husbands, and I won the shuffle without violating any rules

I just won an iPod shuffle! I remember for the Blue Nile sweepstakes, people were commenting that the tax would be incredibly high if they claimed the reward. It’s a silly question, but D=does the same thing apply to the iPod shuffle?

I just won, too!! Wow, congrats!! My sis-in-law is an accountant and she said your “winnings” usually have to total quite a bit more than the retail value of the shuffle, which I think is around $45-$50, before you have to pay the “luxury tax” or whatever it’s called…. so hopefully those taxes will not apply. But, seeing how my daughter murdered her iPod, it’ll still be a great deal, even if I had to pay a little something on taxes!

You only get sent a 1099-MISC form on prizes if you win something that values for $600 or higher – companies will require you to fill out an affidavit agreeing to pay the taxes for accepting the prize and paperwork when you win big along with providing your SSN, etc- I don’t think Oreo is going to require anyone to fill out anything by the sounds of it but will just mail off the prizes to everyone who has won.
