I found the booklets in a plexi-glass holder that attached to a shelf. The Walgreens I was in did have them on the aisle nearest the pharmacy (sorry I can’t remember the product it was in front of, but may differ in stores anyway).

the carmex coupons in the Answers at Walgreens Cold & Flu Booklet
are also manufacturer’s coupons and cannot be combined with the
manufacturer coupon from the newspaper per Walgreens

The carmex moisture plus is not on sale at my Walgreens and the coupon booklets Collin posted about are also not available either. I was so bummed! The Walmart is a few cities down and so not convenient with my two little ones to go all the way out there, but I’m contemplating in planning a shopping trip soon
