But SavingStar indicate ALBACORE … can be valid w regular chunk tuna?
Vega, this deal is only on the Albacore. -Josh from SavingStar
I thought with Saving Star you had to go somewhere you tied your loyalty card to, like CVS?
Hi Ashley, You are correct. -Josh from SavingStar
Josh – Can you use manufacturer’s coupons along with SavingStar offers? I thought the FAQ stated that you can’t.
Savingstar replied in a post either last wk or wk before that you can use coupons with the one or many deals.
Hi Laura, Using manufacturers’ coupons with our One or Many deals is ok. Thanks for checking. -Josh
I don’t think regular tuna will work, the savings star is for Albacore and its twice as much. I just bought 20 pouches if the regular tuna at the kroger mega sale for .69 each but I would have loved to have gotten albacore for that price.
Since I see that SavingStar is being so nice to respond to questions, I have one: a new King Kullen store opened in my area and they told me that they’re not giving out loyalty cards because all customers will automatically get sale prices at the register. I see that King Kullen participates in SavingStar, but does that mean that none of my qualifying purchases there will show up with SavingStar? Thanks so much.
Hi Natalie, King Kullen participates in SavingStar, but they don’t have a traditional loyalty card. Register the “Upromise keytag” available at the customer service desk at King Kullen. SavingStar’s eCoupon technology was originally developed at Upromise. (Upromise is a site that helps families save for college). These stores produced special barcoded keytags for Upromise that can be scanned just like loyalty cards. You do not need to be a Upromise member to get them. Once you get the keytags, simply register it in your SavingStar account to use our eCoupons. (If you store does not have a Upromise keytag please ask your store manager and contact us on our website to let us know). Thanks, Josh
Hmmm so would the $20 required to spend be AFTER the other coupons? or Before?
Hi Shauna, The $20 refers to how much you actually spent on the items (after any other coupons). Thanks, Josh
Be on the lookout in Target for the pouches. I went in my local store and they were on the closeout rack for .55. So, with the coupon you could possibly snag them for .28 a piece.
this would be amazing deedee…my daughter has celiacs disease along with some other allergies and her school is a peanut butter free school and so she eats one of the tuna puoches for lunch with tortilla chips everyday. I end up spending about 50 dollars a month on tuna fish..i am going to scout out all the targets i can for these, and hope i get lucky. Thank you for the information
