Thanks! Added this in addition to the 100 points they sent me for my birthday.
I used to use this site for the high value coupons. They were great. However, once you redeem 5 coupons, you can’t redeem your points for anymore coupons. There is a limit of 5 offers per account. I actually had to call customer service and get them to refund quite a few points I had attempted to redeem for the cereal coupons. I use my points for the free children books now.
I didn’t know that. That kinda sucks. Why wouldn’t they want you to keep buying their products?

I just called them because I had another question. Everything with them is done quarterly. If you redeem pts for a coupon today, you have until March 31 to print it. Also, you can only print 5 coupons for the same product per quarter. So if you redeem points for 5 Pop Tarts coupons today, you will have to wait til April 1 before you can redeem for another Pop Tarts coupon.
That’s probably why when I went to print one it said thanks for printing.. it took my points and didn’t get a coupon. They should have it where it doesn’t take ur points then and say limit reached come back at such n such date for more.
Agreed! They gave me points back for the coupons I didn’t print but she said they would only do that one time. They need to change their system. Give them a call and they’ll give the points back.

125 points total here! Also, a side FYI: I had a nutri-grain code that was completely unreadable (from bad printing on the cardboard). Called Kelloggs and told them about it and they immediately credited me for the 80points I would have received!!
CS is great! I had 2 boxes with codes that when I entered them, said not valid. I even used a magnifying glass to make sure I was typing the correct letters/numbers! Emailed them and within 2 days, had 160 pt adj for both boxes. Then I had a box of Rice Krispies that had the Family Rewards logo, but no code in the box. A quick call and 80 pts added as well.
