Think there us a class action lawsuit against these for false claims

  2. Lucy247Lu

E-Bates has a 5% back on these as well if you go to Reebok using them.

Got a pair, can’t wait to try them! Thanks Collin! Mr. Rebates has 5% cach back at Reebok, makes them an even better deal. https://www.mrrebates.com

Thank you! I also went through E-Bates πŸ™‚

Yes these are in Class Action lawsuit! Also known to cause stress fracture of two different people! (Both are nurses)!!

I believe the class action lawsuit due to stress fractures involves New Balance Toning Shoes. The suit I found involving these Reebok shoes says:

“The class action involves the deceptive, misleading, false, and unfair advertising of EasyTone and RunTone Toning Shoes’ ability to:

    – tone and strengthen key leg muscles while walking, and

    – tone and strengthen the glutes (28%), thighs (11%), and calves (11%) muscles by a specific percentage more than walking in a regular shoe.”

So, it sounds like they’re safe, just won’t do any more for you than most walking shoes.

Not sure if I have identical model but when I wear them I can’t wait to take them off!

I have the same shoes and I don’t like them at all. I don’t want to wear them any more.

I got the same style in black leather at Ross, for $25.00.

I own a pair and love them. I am a fitness professional (PT and fitness classes). I bought them not for their ridiculous claim to “tone” but because when I tried them on and walked around they were the most comfortable shoes! I wear them just walking, do not like them running, and I wear them to teach a boot camp class. I have the men’s running style, if that makes a difference. Great shoe! No complaints from me. Everyone’s feet are different .

Just wanted to say thank you so much for this add. yes they have a law suit going but I love mine! From what I understood is people were getting hurt with the balance ball part of the shoe and twisting an ankle or breaking not for sure though. but dang lots of us hurt ourselves in heels and keep wearing those. well thanks again I ordered 2 pairs its the cheapest I have been able to get them and I love them!

I ordered mine first thing Wednesday morning, and got them delivered this afternoon. I chose the free shipping but they were fast! I did some research on them and it basically said what Beth said. Good for walking but not really good for higher impact exercising, and apparently they make a running version. I put them on went they arrived and when I took them off my feet did kind of hurt. But they are tighter than the shoes I’ve been wearing and most of the time I’m barefoot cuz I don’t leave the house much. I can’t wait to start wearing them on my daily errands though.
      Thanks Colin!

I can’t get an order to go through! When I click “add to bag” the screen just goes gray and does nothing else. anyone have this problem?

It won’t accept the EASYTONE25 promotional code. πŸ™ I already own a pair of these and love them!!
