Redbox: Free One-Night Movie Rental When You Refer a Friend (Earn Unlimited Credits)

Yay! Redbox has rolled out a Refer-A-Friend Program where you can earn FREE Rental Codes when your friends rent movies online! Keep in mind that your friends must be first-time Redbox customers for you to get credit. Even better, there is no limit to the number of free credits that you can earn (although you can only earn one rental credit per friend!).

Here’s how it works:

1. Send your friends a customized message with your unique link through email, Twitter and Facebook. Go here to sign up for your link!
2. When your friends click on your link, they’ll go to Redbox.com where they can browse for movies and reserve them online.
3. Once your friends rent their first movie online with your link, you’ll get a credit for a free one-night movie rental. The more friends you refer, the more credits you can earn. As a bonus, your friends who rent with your link will get a one-night rental credit for their next movie!

Fine Print: Must be your friend’s first time renting from Redbox. Must register at redbox.com to participate. Credits expire 30 days after issuance. Valid online only for a 1-night DVD or Blu-ray Disc rental. Payment card required to rent. Go here for more details.

* On a side note, don’t forget that through 2/26, you can snag a different Redbox offer via text daily. Check out this post for more information.

Thanks so much for these free kiosk codes, I just wish my wife and I were still using them! See, I work at DISH and one of my coworkers and I figured out how to save more money on renting movies and games, without having to jump through the hoops of referring people or actually going out to the kiosks. I signed my family and I up for a service called Blockbuster @Home, by DISH, and we now get twenty movie channels, thousands of titles via streaming, as well as home delivery on DVDs and games. The best part is at ten dollars a month, it costs me just a third of what I was paying for Netflix and Gamefly!
