These paper towels are horrible in comparison to Bounty or Viva, IMO. I got them the last time they were a staples deal and I regret it…. cant wait to be done with them. they are thin and not very absorbant at all.

I’m pretty sure there are a couple varieties of Bounty paper towels (1-ply, 2-ply, maybe even 3-ply). I’m not too picky about my paper towels so people may disagree with me but Bounty and Scott have seemed the same to me when comparing an equal number of ply. Viva has more a cloth-like texture.
If price were no object I’d probably buy Viva but I buy whatever I can get pretty cheap because people like to waste them around my house and grab twice as many as they really need and use them for things that a re-usable towel/sponge/washcloth could be used for.
