Target once again has some great Daily Deals available! First, you can score this Omega VRT330 Dual-Stage Vertical Single-Auger Low-Speed Juicer for only $238 (regularly $296.99) + FREE shipping! As a comparison, this juicer is selling over on Amazon.com for $296.99 and is rated 4 stars by 86 reviewers.

The Omega VRT330 vertical masticating style juicer is a revolutionary product, as it features the high efficiency of a masticating style juicer in a vertical design. Sometimes referred to as a low speed juicer, the VRT processes at 80rpm, whereas most other juicers process at a speed of 1,650 to 15,000rpm. The low speed protects and maintains healthy enzymes, prevents oxidation and allows juice to be stored up to 72 hours without degradation. The VRT330’s dual stage juice processing system extracts the maximum amount of juice from fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, even wheatgrass! Add a variety of fruits and vegetables with minimal prep work thanks to the juicer’s wide feed-chute opening. The innovative cleaning system wipes the screen clear during juicing increasing the VRT’s efficiency.

Another Daily Deal to note are the Brita Hard-Sided 23.7 Oz. Bottles on sale for just $15 each (reg. $18.99!) + FREE Shipping! Choose from blue, violet or persimmon. A Brita filter sits inside these reusable bottles, filtering water as you drink – the filter removes Chlorine (taste & odor) and makes ordinary tap water taste great. This 23.7 ounce bottle is BPA-free and top rack dishwasher safe. Also note that these same bottles sells for $18.99 on Amazon.com with 4 stars by over 20 reviewers.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a great water bottle. One that does a great job filtering out bad tastes and smells from water. My daughter is very sensitive to these things. As a result, we’re gone through a lot of water bottles. Wondering if this Britta one is a good one for that or if there are others out there that do a better job?

Hi mri! I am very sensitive as well and also need my water to be very cold. I have a Brita attatched to our faucet and I fill up a Brita that we keep in our frisge so the water is filtered twice. I then pour it into a double vacuum wall Thermos water bottle with a few ice cubes (also from the double filtered water) and even sitting in the hundred degree temperature for 12 hours, my water is still ice cold and tasteless

I have the soft sided britta bottle that you can get cheaper than this at Target or walmart. I love it. I have a britta pitcher in my fridge and I use that to fill up the bottle – so I double filter as well. But really, when I come to the end of the water bottle, I’m really just ready for cold water, so I use the water that’s already in the fridge. I like it.

Anyone on the fence about buying a juicer- this one is great.

I use it for everything- veggies, fruit, herbs, etc. My pulp is very dry! I use veggie pulp in muffins and such as well.

Thank you for this idea. I felt guilty about throwing my pulp away for nothing the other day on my fisrt use of a juicer. Didn’t even come to my mind to do this! Thanks

If your looking for a good water bottle that filters the water as you drink it I suggest either the camelback groove or the bobble. I own and have used both with great success. The camelback groove is made of a thicker plastic and you have to bite down on it as you drink the water. The bobble is a lighter weight plastic and a regular sport cap.The bobble is also made in the USA. The camelback is more costly and retails around $25, while the bobble goes for around $9.99 and comes in several sizes for kids and adults. Hope this helps.

Macy’s is offering select Omega Juicers on sale for 40% Off + Extra 10% Off on their website. The VRT 330 is not available anymore, but they still have some other models that you may take a look at.

I love this juicer! I paid full price a few months ago 🙁 but it was worth it. Juicing is the easiest way I get the kids to get their veggies in- I put the raw veggies in with apples or strawberries and they chug it down! Great tool for a busy mom. Best part- it can be thrown in the dishwasher when I am done. The cheap ones I used in the past required hours of cleaning.. This juicer is super easy to use!
