I bought my daughter a bunch of the LEGO Friends products for Christmas. This is by far her favorite! She loves the interaction in the tree house, a lot of things move and her imagination goes crazy!
The tree house set has a lot of nice touches – a little secret hiding spot for treasure, ladders that swing up & down and a very cute bird and cat. Regular mini figures also fit nicely in the set and my 4-year-old son also joins in the play with his own mini-figures in this set. Olivia can switch her hair with regular mini-figures and my daughter likes to add the red witches cape to Olivia, so she can be Super Girl.

I’m all about a good deal, but if there is something you really want, is $4.57 more really such a big deal? I think of it in terms like this: Instead of gettin coffee at Starbucks one and a half times, I’ll get this gift instead.

Lego is coming out with a LOT of new Friends sets this August, which are awesome, so I’m sure the current sets will be going on sale between now and then if you can wait. Just FYI!
