If you get the message that you’ve already gotten the sample (and you haven’t), try a different browser. I don’t know if it’s a Safari or Mac problem but switching browsers worked for me.

I didn’t have to log into FB.. do you already have a LBA account? If so you should just be able to sign in with your email addy & password.

I logged in as a member and it still kept sending me to FB as well. It won’t submit when it hit the submit button.

Try a different browser. Worked for me in Firefox, but lately Safari has trouble with this.

If you are loggin in from an iPad or iPhone, it makes you go through FBI as well, and It also tells you that you have already received a sample. You have to log in from a computer to get into this.
