Best Buy Reward Zone Members: Earn 10 More FREE Points (Via the Facebook App)
This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Friday, February 22nd, 2013 at 5:40 am.

If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member (it’s free to sign up!), you can currently score 10 FREE Reward Zone points (it appears they have lowered the value from 25 to 10
)! Just head to the Best Buy Reward Zone Facebook App by signing in or registering for an account, then click on the “User Poll” tab and scroll down to take the new Weekend Trip Poll. After taking the poll, a pop up should come up stating that you just earned 10 points! And keep in mind that you only need 250 points to score a $5 Rewards Certificate!

Side Note: If you have noticed that some of your Rewards Zone points are missing from your account, please note that the Reward Zone program is an annual program running from January 1st to December 31st. In February every year, the Best Buy Rewards Zone system updates all accounts issuing certificates for 250 or more points and expiring points under 250. However, the points earned after January 1st, 2013 and Facebook poll points should not be effected in this process – only the points from last year 2012. If you have had points earned in 2013 that were deducted in the annualization process by the system, they will be posted back to your account when the annualization period is over (this period will take approximately 2 weeks). If you have any additional questions regarding your account, you can call Best Buy at 1-888-Best Buy.

Great, but I have purchased stuff from Best Buy, and our children have purchased big item stuff too and Best Buy does not ever give me any points. At this time and can only call them a bunch of theives! I am so sorry for saying this, but in my case, it is true.
Maureen says:
Go online to your account and tell them you are missing points (there’s a form on the reward zone site). I did and they looked up the info and gave them to me.
Jenny says:
I did this too! Entered my reciepts info & they are adding 313 points this week!! Give it a shot
Hope it works out for ya!
Tia says:
What are they stealing? Did you call customer service if you’re due points for in-store purchases?
Meg says:
Are you sure you signed up??
Emily says:
Are you sure that you’re not accidentally registered twice. If you signed up for a card years ago at the store and then again for the facebook app, your store purchases might be going to a different account. They’ve always added points to my account if I forgot to give them my number at the store. There’s a form in your account to get missing points. Also, keep in mind that points from store purchases show up 45 days later, after the return period is over for that item.
Kim says:
How do you vote for the Member’s Choice? I clicked on the monitor, it has a check mark on it, but no points. No other button to click for voting?

Tricia says:

Elise says:
I had my points deducted when they did their annual maintenance that shouldn’t have been. I complained and they said I had to wait 2 weeks until they fixed it. I just checked today and they *fixed* it but didn’t give me as many points as they took away. So I sent another email and they gave me more points then I had lost (topped off my points so I earned $5.) So make sure you check your accounts!
Elise says:
Oh and you can now manually go and issue your certificate if you have reached $5 amount.
