Yay! Here’s how you can earn 40 more points on Recyclebank! Just head on over here, log in/register for an account, and then scroll down to the Easy Greens section (I found this section in the middle of the home page), click on Earn Now and then answer the new questions to earn up to 40 more points.

What is Recyclebank?

If you’re new around here, you are probably wondering what the heck RecycleBank is!? RecycleBank partners with cities and haulers to reward households for recycling; households earn RecycleBank Points that can be used to shop at over 1,500 local and national businesses. Once you have signed up for an account, you can start earning points immediately by clicking on the “Earn Points” tab and taking quizzes. You can then use your points to purchase high value coupons for groceries and/or discounts at online stores. After signing in, click on the “Get Rewards” tab and you’ll be able to start scrolling through the rewards they have available.

I save at least 10.00 every month on my groceries with recycle bank by requesting 2 5.00 coupons to a local grocery store. When I print coupons for products I save even more.

I don’t see anywhere how you can get grocery coupons. How did you request them?

I also love it. I have sent magazine subscriptions through them (for free) to elderly friends and relatives.
I am having an issue today trying to get the cans off the shelf on one of those questions. They keep bouncing back onto the top shelf…. anyone?

i have a question for all recycle bank users.
i am new to it and was just wondering the following:

do they EVER charge you? i have requested the following magazine subscriptions from them that are “Free”:
    -elle
    -entertainment weekly
    -marie claire

i just want to make sure that i am never charged and that my subscription isnt renewed (making me have to start paying)

I’ve never been charged. I do receive renewal notices with magazines…It almost looks like a bill, but it’s not.
