I got this the last time this was posted and have had a really hard time canceling. Every time I call I’m on hold forever (like 20 minutes) and then the reps try to talk you out of it. They are very nice and the products are great, but too pricey for me. Just prepared for a small battle if you want to cancel.

I didn’t have a hard time canceling at all. Of course the guy asked if I would be interested in trying another product line, but when I said no thanks, that was it there was no harassing me or trying to persuade me. I thought it was pretty easy to cancel really & and the guy I spoke to was super nice. I loved their products too, but they are a bit pricey. If I wasn’t potty training I might consider the diapers though. I loved them.
Have you tried the new training pants. We signed up for the diapers and loved them I called to cancel and told the lady I was wanting to cancel because we were potty training. She told me that they do not have a bundle yet for the training pants but was able to create one for me They are way better than the pullups or easy ups.

I didn’t have a hard time canceling either. I had to wait on hold maybe 2 minutes but no issue canceling. I ended up canceling the diapers because they didn’t hold up overnight like the others we use. But ended up pushing out the family essentials instead of canceling. I wasn’t a fan of the items I was sent but was interested in others but nothing I needed to start receiving as of yet. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and not pushy, so I pushed it out until June to give myself some time to go through their products. I may still cancel but now I have more time to look into the different products.
I ordered the free trial and after that I was hooked… I love that I can get 5 essentials every month (laundry pods, sunscreen, body oil, multi surface cleaner and dishwasher pods) for a decent price for the piece of mind that they are safe for my son!!! The diapers are also super adorable and good quality!!

When I called to cancel they really were VERY pushy,and ended up just pushing back the shipment date to my due date in the summer. I really don’t intend on keeping – I paid with a gift card so not too worried about it.
As for whats included when you get both the essentials and diaper bundles: about 7 diapers (with cute designs and sizes you get to choose from), about 20 wipes, baby shampoo, lotion, and two other baby shampoo type things i cannot remember right now. May be forgetting something.
These seem pretty cute and convenient if you can afford the $80/month…
That’s what happened to me too- I called to cancel, and after waiting in hold forever she talked me into waiting a couple months and asked me a million questions about what products I use now, how these are so great, etc. I agreed bc I just wanted to get off the phone at that point. Fast forward to today and I need to call again to really cancel this time and I was on hold for 23 minutes. Then she tried to talk me into switching out products, etc. idk, I thought it was a major pain, even though they were very friendly.

We tried the newborn diapers and they didn’t fit well and caused leaks. Cheap in my opinion. We only use Swaddlers. The wipes were excellent.
I received the trial pack few days ago. Not very happy with the diapers. They are very stiff and my daughter kept scratching and trying to take them off. Left marks all over her belly. Liked the essentials pack though. No problem canceling.

Really? I was offered a 50% off code around the end of December and again at the end of January…I think quite a few people received them, because Collin posted about them, too. I have been using their service now for a couple months, and I love it! I really like their diapers, wipes and lotion and every product that I have tried so far. One thing that a lot of people are not aware of is that you have the option to choose the delivery of your products – every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, or 8 weeks. OR, you can do like I do and just put in whatever date you need the items to be shipped. So far, I have needed my bundles to be shipped at different times, several weeks apart. I just put in the date that I want each one to be shipped, and they arrive the next day. Also, note that they do NOT charge shipping if you are signed up to receive both bundles, even if your bundles are arriving at different times. I have had a great experience with their customer service as well. They have always been very friendly and very helpful.
