Is this with the other Chuggington DVDs? I ran through my Target’s dvd area and found a few Chuggington movies together in the Children’s section, but this particular one wasn’t there.
I have found them on a display with other movies that are $5. I think it’s usually on an end cap near the grocery area. 🙂

This is great! I got it a year or 2 ago from Best Buy, they had the movie for $3.99 so it was .99 when we got it. Anyway, this is the perfect item for your kids or for your bday gift stash to have for last minute gifts, etc.

My Target didn’t have it, I’m not surprised. But I did get another one priced at $12.99. It has an offer for a free 1 year magazine sub or $6 cash back so with the cpn and $6 back was $3.99. It also came with a toy train!
