I still never received my points back from the annualization, do we have to call to get them back? I thought they were workin it out and everyone would receive the points back after they did, but its been about a month now.

I ended up calling because I never got mine back either. I lost 222, and the rep couldn’t give me those back, but she was able to give me 250 for my “troubles”. It took about 2 minutes to take care of and the rep was very nice and apologetic. So I came out ahead in the end!

    • Emily

I e-mailed their facebook rep and they put the points that I incorrectly lost back into my account.

Go over to the “Member’s Choice” tab too and vote for the offer… I got another 25 points!

I’ve noticed sometimes that blue bubble pops up and it says I got 0 points for taking a poll, but then it shows up in the ledger of all my other points. Check there.

      • Sandeep

        No luck 🙁

Thanks! I changed my settings and I’m going to keep points from automatically cashing out when I hit a reward level. I’m going to cash them all out at Black Friday time and use them to buy great gifts! Best Buy is usually a staple of my family’s on Black Friday. Maybe I’ll get my brother and his family a Blu Ray player. Pretty excited about this!

    • Lori

Emily be careful these points expire. A lot of mine expire this summer!

      • Emily

The points expire at the end of the year and as we all learned, they take the expired points from you in February. If you cash them out for certificates, the certificates expire 90 days later. I changed my settings and I’m cashing my points out at the highest level possible, $20, hoping that by the time I earn those amounts, the certificates won’t expire until the fall. I’ve had a best buy card forever and we shop there a lot, but the facebook app is just speeding up the amounts and making me very happy! I did cash out $20 in points the other day to put toward my brother’s birthday present.

Looks like Best Buy changed up their website in the last day or so. I couldn’t find the Member’s Choice area or anywhere at all that I could take the poll. Do you know where it can be found now?

  9. Anna

    Just got 0 points.

    • Sandeep

Same here.. And it sucks they havent fixed it yet 🙁
