me too! it shut down my computer! I haven’t been having luck printing coupons today for some reason!

What a stinking ordeal for a coupon. I hate Smartsource coupons on Macs. Half an hour later, I finally end up with two prints. I’m surprised. My computer froze and I updated Java and shut down. When I restarted the one that had been endlessly authorizing finally printed. I figured I lost it and exceeded my print limit. On a happy note, I found the CVS coupon had finally loaded for me, and it successfully printed.

Came on here to say the same thing!!! Smartsource coupons cause me to grit my teeth! And, for the record, I have a PC, so this whole Java update is giving everyone problems!

Hi I had same problem, with using Firefox but went to google chrome and have had no problem printing them.

I can’t get it to print, it locked up my computer! thanks though! I was able to get it last time. don’t know what’s wrong I am having trouble printing coupons today!

Make sure the coupon applies to your order. Last year mine scanned fine and once I left the store I realized it hadn’t worked. It was not worth going back in for.

Ok finally got it to print in IE. It wouldn’t work in Google Chrome thanks!
