  4. Heather

Ha! I took the survey and it said “Congratulations, You just earned 0 points” Must be my unlucky day!

    • Demi

I often get a “You got 0 points” message but have always received the points. If you reload the page and the points do not appear contact Best Buy Customer service and they will correct your account.

    • Ann

Said the same thing for me but the next time I checked I had been given the points.

  5. Babs

    I received 0 points too! 🙁

How come they haven’t been putting polls up daily like weeks before? And the amount to get the $5 should be less becuase to take the poll is now less!!

This rewards program has been around for awhile. This is actually the first time I have ever seen “free” points. They probably realized a lot of people were doing it who don’t normally shop at Best Buy.

i did the deal yesterday for the 500 points but my points havent showed up should i be seeing the points by now????

You have to wait until about 30 – 35 days so that they can be sure that you haven’t returned the item. Long wait, but worth it 🙂 🙂 🙂

    • Delanda Jo

Amber, I believe someone from one of yesterdays posts said the points show up in 20 days.

just wanted to let everyone know you can buy itunes gift cards with your points. The cheapest I saw was for $15, but i earned a $5 and then they sent me a free $5 so I only paid $5 for a $15 itunes gift card. Hopefully I can hold on until Easter to give it to my daughter!
