does anyone have any tips for printing redplum from an iMac? I received an email back from redplum with specs, etc – but I still can’t seem to print. even though up to about a month ago I could print. the error I get is something like java not installed but it is! thanks anyone for suggestions!

The problem is with Java. After the security scare over loopholes in Java the access of the program to browsers was limited. You need to make sure that you have given your browser permission to use Java. Just Google the process …
