    Last time I got this free with coupons I let it rise an hour but was still doughy in the middle after baking. Maybe next time I’ll let it rise a bit longer.

    My family loves this bread!!! We’ve never had a problem making it. I think the key to getting it to rise is to cover it with a towel before baking it and of course giving it enough time to rise. My buy price for it is $1 or less.

    Interesting that Fleischmann’s Simply Homemae bread mix goes to the trouble of telling you (on the list of ingredients) that sodium caseinate is a milk derivative. Why don’t they tell you what sorbitan monostearate is? Check it out on Wikipedia.
