If you aren’t diabetic, keep in mind these are great for cleaning glasses and sunglasses. They work great and are convenient to carry in your purse!

Does anyone know if there is a limit of how many of these coupons you can use, and does anyone know where you can donate various diabetic items ??
    Thanks !!

    • fran

In the fine print above, it states “Limit one coupon per customer”. You have to use your ExtraCare card with the coupon.

      • Mackenzie

Thanks sorry I didn’t see that

        • fran

          You’re welcome 😉

I think I have 3 brand new blood sugar meters at home – if anyone is diabetic or has a family member who is, please leave your email here and I’d be happy to mail them to you! I have been meaning to donate the meters but haven’t gotten around to it yet.

      Hello Colleen,
My mother and my uncle are diabetic. Please email me at charanya_78@yahoo.com. Thanks!

In the fine print of this coupon for FREE CVS swabs, it specifically states that CVS will not accept offers printed from unauthorized postings of this coupon. It says that this coupon is intended for those who subscribe to CVS email and is meant to be used ONLY by those who receive this coupon directly. I think we all are going to have to be more careful about this in the future because companies are getting wise to the distribution of their coupons without signing up for their email programs. I don’t know that this coupon will work for anyone else, other than the person to whom it was issued to–Colin, or whoever received it.

    • Janel

Usually these cvs coupons are available just by going to the website, so anyone could get it. 🙂

      • mel

it didn’t come via email, this is right from the diabetic advantage part of CVS.com, so its accessible to anyone.

I hope that is the case. I just noticed that particular language (and have been noticing it more frequently over the last couple weeks on coupons issued particularly through email offers). I just wanted to give a heads up, in case it was an issue. But, as I said, hopefully it won’t be. Thanks for the response!

How long will this be available to print?

These are great for travel–I need to clean my earrings with alcohol before I put them on. I have super sensitive ears and I have to be scrupulous about keeping my earrings and ears very clean! Thanks so much for posting dear Collin 🙂

Any expiration date on the coupon?

Too bad they stopped the green bag tag program ;(

I’ll pass, otherwise I would buy it.

    • hillary

When did they stop the green bag tag program? I’ve still been using mine and getting $1 back after every 4 uses.

      • Julie

I noticed that I had a scan of my green bag tag, and I didn’t earn the $1 reward, and it said I needed 4 more scans.

          • mel

Good to know! the cashier said it wasn’t crediting for anyone so I didn’t have her scan the tag. Then when I looked at the receipt, the program wasn’t even listed. I had over 200 scans!.

    • mel

so you don’t plan on shopping at CVS to make .25 on a free item? that is just lame.

  13. Kathryn K

you need to be an ExtraCare Advantage for Diabetes card member, and have your cvs card scanned for these special coupons.

  14. Sandy

I printed mine and then my sister signed into her account and the offer came up as well. We both have a bar code ending in 0009. Does anyone else have the same barcode or did we do something wrong?

    • mel

its not a unique code. mine has the same digits as yours at the end – 0009.

      • Sandy

        Thank you!
