    • Shelby

      • Lisa

I sooo know what u mean. There is no consistency from store to store:(. In their new training video it features a couponer w lots of coupon items in her cart, and gives them a warning… So It may even make it worse:(. But with that said I do love wags. I love o roll between rr and pts. I love that there is a cosmetics counter. The surveys do count, I’ve heard that upper mgmt is trying to implement more quality control whatever that means, I do the surveys all the time sometime I draw. LNG one but the other day the Oneida to ok 15 minutes to complete:(

I just got back from a trip to Walgreen’s and it was a disaster. The cashier was rude and gave me such a nasty look as she whined and moaned when I presented her with my coupons. (I always carry my coupon holder in the car because you just never know). It was so frustrating. I only went there to pick up a free 8 x 10 but decided to look around because I was only 720 points away from a $5.00 reward. I tried but I give up on Walgreen’s.

    • Kristie

I totally understand where you are coming from, I gave up recently too. I will only go for something if its a really good deal. Other than that I stay away.

      • sheila

        Same thing here.

    • me

Don’t give up, do the phone survey at the bottom of your receipt, trust me this will make a difference in how your rude cashier treats you in the future. Their pay raises are based on the surveys and if you mention the rude cashiers name during the survey – (how rude, whined, etc.) they will get told by supervisor to shape up or else! Don’t give up, and don’t let them get the best of you! Good luck!!

I work for walgreens as a beauty advisor and i myself am a couponer. Please speak to manager about the cashier who checked you out, we are suppose to treat people with coupons, food stamps and WIC the same way we treat our customers who pay with cash and debit cards. I hate people who treat us as if we are stealing from there companies! Also make sure you let that cashier know that THE COMPANY DOES AND WILL GET PAID FOR THE COUPONS!

  7. Ger

Does the 15% come off before or after coupons?

    • Ebony Cullars

I wanna know the same thing !!!

    • Katie

Before any coupons are used 🙂

      • Ger

Yay! Thanks Katie! And thank you Collin!

    • Eyez

give the cashier the 15% off coupon first so you get the best discount, then give your other coupons.

  8. Molly

Are you taxed on the price of the item before or the “after-15%-off” price? So let’s say something is $1 and is $0.85 after the 15% off. Do they charge you tax on $1 or $0.85?

    • Lisa

I’m pretty sure it’s the $.85, because they scan your shopper card, then the coupon, then all your items will ring up at the cheaper amount and tax is charged.

  9. Stacey Carter

Depends on your state. I live in Illinois and we pay tax on our pre coupon so before the 15% discount.

    • Eyez

i went this morning and i was charged the tax on my charges after all my coupons. i live in IL

  10. Eyez

i went this morning and used the 15% and a coupon for $5 off $20 printed. It’s good for today and tomorrow. trying to find a good deal to stock up on

    • mel.

Double ck your coupon. I got one for $2/$10 purchase, and its valid tomorrow & Sunday.

  11. Dreylawn

  12. April

Can you use this on a RR item and still get your RR at the end of the transaction?

    • Eyez

yes, i used it on the u by Kotex tampons and received the $2 RR : )

      • mel.

I bought the crest pro health for me rinse, it rang up $2.54 and I got the $2RR.
