I was told that because I was redeeming kohls cash i earned earlier this week that it would not allow the percent off coupon. Do you know if this is correct

    • Shannyn

I have tried this before on multiple occasions and whenever I use Kohls cash I never get the discount:(

      • Chris

They consider items purchased with the kohls cash as free stuff and you can’t give a % off of free

    • VANESSA

You can use both Kohl’s cash and a % off coupon online – so I would think it would be the same at the store.

    • Christine

The Kohl’s cash is applied FIRST. Meaning if you have $10 KC, and your total that you are about to purchase is $15, they deduct the $10 KC 1st, and then you can apply the 20% coupon to the rest of your total, so $1 off the remaining $5.

    • Shana

You can definitely use both. The % off coupon would be applied after the Kohl’s cash was deducted though, not before. So if you bought something that was $10 and used $10 Kohl’s cash to pay for it, then there would be nothing left for the computer to deduct the % off. I hope that makes sense.

    • Bobbi

I believe you can only use the coupon after the Kohl’s cash has been applied. So it would only take 20% off of anything not paid for with Kohl’s cash.

I just used both Kohl’s cash and 20% tonight with no problems. Like the others said, they deduct the KC first, then apply the 20%.

  3. Ashley

does anyone have a free shipping code? I used one last week for free shipping over $50….anything is better than nothing!

  4. Susan

Plus ShopatHome giving 5% cash back for JC Penney!

  5. Diane

It just kinda rubbed me wrong because the cashier manager said ” You got $60 free.” I told him it wasn’t exactly free since I spend almost over $300 to ” earn it”. I was sure they used to deduct the percent off first but guess times have changed.

Well in a way you are… It’s not like other stores gives you the same deal

    • Angie

They always deduct dollar amount coupons first. Then percentage coupons.
