Did anyone buy 2 of everything the last two weeks and get reimbursed for it all? About a month ago, when I bought 2 of everything, they only reimbursed 2 items total, and I had to do a bunch of returns.

I’ve done them, and have received credit for all of them. Even when they had the paper mate erasers free after rewards, and they ended up being on sale for buy 1 get 1 50% off. Received credit for both at the price I paid.
Did yopu use rewards when you purchased the items? How does it work if you return them? Will you get the rewards loaded back to the card or will you receive a payout?
I had the same problem a few weeks ago.I called customer service and they looked through it.Appartently,it was not limit 2 per item.It was limit 2 writing supplies.This one looks like it is limit 2 per item.I’m keeping my fingers crossed to because it doesn’t say 100% back when you look at the items.
When you click on max perks. It says “get 100% back in MaxPerks Bonus rewards…bla bla bla” Way at the bottom it says in the fine print, which items are included and it does say limit 2 per item per member. Just print this page out, just in case.
I have always got the 2 of everything rewarded to me. But the wording seems I little different now so I was worried.
In the past I had always received 2 of everything also, for a couple of years! Then on one order, very similar to these items today, I only was reimbursed for 2 sharpies. The overall add said something like get “free writing supplies” and the limit of 2 items applied across all the writing supplies. Because the items were almost identical to those today, I’m very wary. I bought them anyway, keeping my fingers crossed!
That is what I am thinking as well. Also – when you look at the items to add to your cart it doesnt say anything about the rewards/100% back like it normally does. I am going to cross my fingers and hope for all them to get the rewards.
on 4/9 I ordered 2 of everything I got reimbursed without a problem 🙂

How long should it take to get the rewards? I purchased on April 4th and haven’t received anything yet.
I received my stuff yesterday and looked at my account today and it doesn’t show that I got the rewards for anything.
It shows on mine that I was reimbursed for 2 items only, the two highest priced items. This is the third time this has happened to me in the last 2 months. I guess OfficeMax has indeed changed their rewards program to be less generous. I’ll be returning 8 items.
