FYI … I just called the customer service and she said that it could take up to 48 hours for the 100 pts to show up in your account. If you want to shop before you get your rewards card in the mail, just give your email address or phone number to the cashier and they’ll look up your rewards account and you’ll be credited for that purchase. 😉

I got the mailer yesterday to enroll. Just signed up. It didn’t show the points so I called the number. They said it might take 24 hours to show; if it doesn’t to call them back and they could add it.
And, I now see if have an email offer from Kohl’s to sign up for this too. I’m in the Houston, TX area.

When will I receive my reward for reaching 100 points?
All eligible points are converted to rewards at the end of every month. Your reward will be emailed to you approximately 2 business days after your points have been converted. You can also print the most recent month’s certificate from your Kohl’s Rewards “My Account” page.

I was in one of the test markets for this last year….I think it was around October. I never rec’d the $5 reward from signing up online and I have yet to see ANY rewards post to my account online or a certificate in the mail. I did alot of shopping over the holidays but in 6 months I have seen NO REWARDS. Love Kohls but this is a crazy program. I even emailed Kohls a couple times and just kept getting the same canned response. Boo Kohls…..I shop there all the time but this rewards program is horrible in my experience

It’s available where I live, so I signed up for an account. When I’m logged in, it is the regular Kohl’s site. I don’t see anything to click on for the Rewards part. When I typed Kohl’s Rewards in the search, it brought me back to the page where you sign up or sign in. How do you get the rewards section on the site?
