If you or someone you know has a loved one currently deployed in the armed forces, here’s a great FREE offer to help you with lawn care and landscaping needs! The Project EverGreen’s GreenCare for Troops Program is a nationwide outreach program that connects local green industry professionals with men and women serving our country in the armed forces away from home.

To find a volunteer, simply complete the registration form and submit to Project EverGreen. All information asked of you is kept confidential and is for record keeping purposes only. If a volunteer is found in your area, you’ll be notified first and given the contact information of the volunteer.

You will receive an email or phone call only if a volunteer is available in your area. To avoid an email notification of a volunteer being routed to your spam or trash, be sure to add Project EverGreen to your email address book. Head on over here to sign up or for more details!

Wow this is amazing! I know too many mommas with hubbys overseas that could really use a break around the house. Its a task that can’t be put off either, my town is so quick to give violations out for overgrown grass lol

This is awesome. My husband is currently in Afghanistan and I am blessed enough that my dad comes and does my lawn work for free to help me out, but I know people who don’t have any help. I will definitely share this with my friends. Thanks again Collin for all the work you do to help people.

Thanks for the post. I usually take care of the lawn while my husband is deployed, but recently had surgery and am not allowed to do much activity. I’m paying for a service right now, but it would be so helpful to have this.
