This Garnier shampoo dries out my hair. I can only use salon grade suave shampoo.
The rite aid coupons says “may not be combined with any like offers”. So does this mean we can’t combine this coupon with a manu coupon?

The coupons posted on the Rite Aid Facebook page are Rite Aid Store coupons. According to Rite Aid Coupon Policy, these coupons can be combined with regular manufacturer’s coupons for even more savings! Yay!
Could you not just buy 3 lip shimmers? Or does the order total have to be exactly over?
The free shampoo or conditioner deal did not work out for me. The register would not take the $1.00 off Garnier coupon because it exceeded the price of the item. ($1.00 coupon on the $0.99 balance.) I have read Rite Aid’s coupon policy but it’s a little confusing to me, shouldn’t the cashier have adjusted the MFR coupon down to $0.99 to make this work?
