Does anyone know if there’s a limit?

    • aser

GIFT CARD WILL not PROMPT, AS total is less than 5.00 gc ammount. will need to show cashier the sign.

      • Destinee

That’s lame!! But thank you for the heads up!!

        • Jun

you won’t need to show cashier the sign, just ask them to check. that’s what i did. it didn’t prompt for a gift card so i told the cashier to check if it’s part of the buy 2 get $5 gift card. after the cashier check and try scanning them again she manually scan me a $5 gift card.

          • Kristine

My story is the same as yours but my cashier was in disbelief even after looking it up. She said that doesn’t make sense, but gave me my gift cards, so I am guessing they might have taken the promotional signs down after I left because my store was fully stocked with all the maskes. Glad I went on the 1st day.

      • Karen

Is that a subtotal on yes products or do
        I just need a filler ?

        • Jun

i bought it with the stay-free pads and it still didn’t prompt for a gift card.

      • Dayna

You could also take a picture with your phone so you don’t have to take the sign up or have someone go check and hold up the line. I have done this before in Walmart because the prices ring up more than what their sign says.

    • LJ

Never a limit at my store. That’s why these deals go so fast.

    • Krista

There’s no way for them to “track” how many times you do this, but you will probably only be able to do it once per visit.

    • Nina

I bought the masks and almost left without my gift card and the teenage boy (always go in their lines!!!!) gave me cash! Hope he didn’t get in trouble 🙁
I then happened to be in another target and I asked about a limit and the woman said it was too good to be true and that it wouldn’t scan, but at the register I asked and 2 teenage boys helped each other figure out how to override it and give me my 3 gift cards for buying 6!!!

Can we get ain check on this? When i went to a store i didn’t sign of this on any of the yes to product. There were two left so I took to customer service they said it not on for promoyion if there is no sign or in the ad. I told them another target had sign and they should call them and they decline on doing that

  3. Jun

the yes to tomato is also part of this deal. so if the cucumber is out look for the tomato one.

  4. Sue

It didn’t prompt at mine and I went to customer service where she gave me two $3.00 off coupons for my trouble of having to come over to ask. I was nice and so was she…

    • Kelli

      U sound nice 🙂

  5. Liz

Didn’t work for me even tho it was clearly on the sign didn’t prompt so an employee checked and said it was not for that item because it is considered.travel size?? So i didn’t get gift card 🙁

  6. Kayla

If you want to pay a little extra for the other products, don’t forget that on their facebook is a $2 off $6.99 product. I purchased a body butter ($6.99) and a yes to tomatoes face mask ($1.97) and it did prompt for the gift card. So -$2 coupon = $6.96 -$5 gift card received = $1.96! Still a great deal for 2 products!

    • Marie

      Good idea! Thank you!

    • Liz

      Thanks!

  7. Chloe

Checked a vegas target and they took the sign down and are not honoring the deal. The lay said it may have been a fluke from corporate. 🙁

  8. Jessica

Whew, did it 8 times today. Thank you!

    • dealhousewife

how? did they keep forcing it for u, 8 times? gc didn’t prompt at my target either (MI), nor would they even give it to me, because the amount didn’t even reach $5 she said. :/

  9. Stefanie

Does anyone know if the travel size face wipes are included? I know they’re $2.99 each at my Target so that would make them 50 cents each after giftcard.

    • karla

I tried 1 mask and 1 travel wipe. card did not prompt. my store only had 1 mask left 🙁

  10. Sophie

Random but each one of the Say Yes to… Products I have tried really burns my skin with the exception of lip products. Does anyone else have this problem? I have pretty sensitive skin, but I was hoping these would work for me due to each fruits’ natural properties, but no such avail.

    • Gax

The cucumber one works alright, but the ones made specifically for acne do burn a bit.

  11. hazel

I just tried this and the gift card didn’t prompt so they have to call corporate I guess. Then it was really awkward for me because they were closing early and then it was just in the store. We had to wait for quiet awhile before the guy came back and had to force print my gift card. I felt bad cause he said he might lose his job if he will do more than 2. So he forced print my 10 gift card.

    • Dayna

If corporate approved it, I don’t see how he could lose his job. It’s not like he did it on his own without asking the proper people first. He probably wanted to get out of there if they were closing and was trying to make you feel bad.

  12. melissa

i just left the targt in ohio and was only allowed to get 4 masks for a total of 2 $5giftcards. I had more but the store manager said they could limit how many I bought. I don’t think that’s fair becasue the sign does not say that you can only buy so many. bummer:(

  13. Sara24K

    My store wouldn’t honor it.

  14. Gax

My stores manually credited me with a $5 gift card for every two that I bought. I just showed them the sign and they were ok with it.

  15. lauren

They didn’t even have the masks at my Target! Bummer!

  16. lauren

They didn’t even have the masks at my Target! Bummer!

  17. Cherie

I was able to get 4 cucumber and 4 tomato masks yesterday for a total of $20 in gift cards. They manually gave me the cards, however it was a huge ordeal and took forever for them to agree to give it to me. Took two managers separately going back to that aisle to look at the sign (even with me having taken a pic on my phone) But even when they scanned one, it did not prompt for the gift card, but said on the screen it qualified for the buy 2 get $5 gift card. However I am betting that if anyone came in after me they wouldn’t give it to them and that they pulled the signs down. I did score the pampers deal too 🙂 got 6 packs and $15 in gift cards 🙂

  18. casey

I had a really nice cashier. She called the csm over and he okayed them forcing it. She told me to clear them out and took the sign down. I wasnt going to get them all, but she said I may as well since I saw it and they shouldnt have done it. I did 16 transactions

  19. savedbycoupons

As of yesterday (Thursday), the manager said that these were no longer included with the $5 gift card unless purchasing one of the more expensive items with one. She said it was a mistake from the beginning and goes against the Target coupon policy. Glad I was able to snag 6 of them last Sunday before they decided to get rid of it!
