You’re not supposed to stack SavingStar coupons with manufacturer’s coupons.
From their FAQ:

Using in-store coupons in combination with SavingStar eCoupons is not a problem. Using coupons from other services in combination with a SavingStar “One or Many” deal is not a problem.
In the future, we may implement mechanisms to limit the combination of SavingStar eCoupons with other manufacturer coupons.”

these are buy one get one free at bilo. The price is about $3.00. Buy one and pay 1.42. Use a 50 cents off one coupon that doubles to $1 and a bilo ecoupon for 50 cents off. Total price is free with an 8 cents moneymaker plus your savingstar deposit of 50 cents. Great deal!
