the17800-13416 codes are easy to find and read its the 2 lines of code below that in the blue rectangle on the bag that are almost impossible to read even with a scanning electron microscope forget the dot matrix just print the numbers and letters so we can read them!!!

Bianca with the strict limit of only 4,000 pts a month – you may not live long enough to acquire 30,000 points!!!!!! I am so aggravated with this crock of ______ program – Purina must be going broke! I have 20 cats and use 4 + bags of the 16 and 22 lb. bags and can’t use but one per month!
if you put in a 3,000 point code first, it will let you put in a 4000 point code after. Maybe 4000 is the unofficial cap, but I am able to use both and get the full 7000 when I do it that way. hopefully that helps!
The limit is two bag codes per month. I got 12,000 for 2 bags of Healthy Weight (6,000 each).
Has anyone figured out how to sign out of their site? Called the company number and no one in today, and cannot find it on the website. They give you points because they share information. Concerns me that I’m still logged in and they can track w/o being able to easily sign out. Makes me a little leary.
just go to your profile and there is a button to log out

They didn’t let me join 🙁 I was “underage” and I must 18+ Years old. I’m 24 and I put I was born in 1989. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ll try again tomorrow. :'(

They only let you add codes from bags of Cat Chow.. I only buy Purina One that is dumb.

To Greg: As of 9/3/, Target puts special codes inside bags of Purina Cat Chow. I don’t know if it is on a paper coupon type thing, or actually printed inside the bag itself, though.

I bought two bags of Purina Cat Chow at Target last week. They were not “specially marked,” but none in the store were. So, I couldn’t get the code. I wrote to Purina to share my frustration and they basically said “Too bad!” So, I can’t get the extra points, or unlock the special code to get the food keeper.
The code is easy to read but the code below that has vanished. How do you post your purchase to gain points?
Sherri did you unlock the code for target.? And if you did what did you put to get it unlocked? I’m having trouble getting the air tight container.
Taking care of 3 orphan kittens, (Cost me aarm ,aleg, afoot and 2 fingers to getthem spayed and Nutured, Happy to havefound the value of Purina, with budget real tight, Purina does a terrific help to feed those hungry little critters, and they enjoy every bite. Call your local animal shelter, most if them have programs that they (or a Vet they partner with) spay &/or neuter for free or real cheap. I got my male cat done for $25 & that included picking him up from me & bringing him home to me!!!!!

Got the points for signing up but something is wrong with this program. After many attempts and much wasted time was never able to get the program to accept the codes on bag of Purina cat Chow.
I had trouble putting in the UPC until I finally used a hyphen and it worked. 17800-16629
i cannot find the “in pack code” on the bag of Purina Naturals- I tried the bar code number and I tried the number that is in the box “use by date” neither one of those were acceptable

I am having the same issue i wish it would be fixed. I tied entering the bar code number, any number I could find that looked like a code lol even looked inside and nothing is working.
I can’t find the Naturals inpack code either! I threw both bags away and just ripped the UPC codes off! 🙁 wish they’d explain better!
According to their FB post, it’s a special number on a piece of paper inside the package. It’s totally random, the bag is not marked and it could be sold at any store. So, it must be in just a few bags out there. And you’re right, they don’t explain it at all on their website as far as I can see.
A need the coupon
I have tried to enter the UPC code several times but always a few numbers short, I have also tried to count the “hyphens” and that does not work. Any ideas?

Yes, I agree, Paula. I buy several bags of cat food each month. At first, when I didn’t know that Perks allow you to enter codes from a maximum of two bags per month, I was buying Cat Chow exclusively. Now I’m back to buying only two bags of Cat Chow each month and other brands that my cats might like better than Cat Chow, including Purina One.
I notice today that the $1.00 coupons are ‘sold out’. How on Earth can a coupon be sold out!!! Also, Cat Perks usually send me an email the lst of each month which earns 100 points if you open it. I haven’t received one this month. I really think this program is a rip-off, but I keep adding my Cat Chow codes each month. Takes forever to obtain enough points to get their least expensive ‘good’ stuff.

Faye, Can you ask about mailing them in? That seems really odd that none of them work. I know you have to enter the little numbers on the left and right of the upc as well as the lot numbers and so on. I really would call the company and explain the problem and maybe they can help.

Bonnie, Try calling Purina or emailing them. If you can provide them with some of the info from the bag such as part of the manufacture code, they may be able to help.

Try a variation of your city and/or the zip plus four and see if that works.
the points on the bags are alful you can read the bar code but the code in the blue box are impossable to read i think my cat perks shoud only ask for the bar code it would make it so much easier to read.
I can’t figure out how to enter my points from my catfood bags…. I buy the 22lb bags and go through 3 of them each month.. It says on the bag I get 4000 points from each bag.
