I do love the quality of it, but they changed their rewards program since last year to much worse. You could order before anything (cheapest item was 13-14$ and you could get their sample or let’s do lunch item, now there is a min limit. Same with the birthday gift, limit now is 40$. To me it became a bit too much:(
I agree with you. That is why I quit ordering from them also.
I agree with you guys too….last year I did a killer deal with the bday special that sent me. My bday is next month and was looking forward to such a deal again, but now does not look so.
If the bonus samples didn’t appear after my order was complete…should I call?
