The ink coupon may just be yours.

  2. Teri

I’m not seeing the coupons for the multipurpose paper and the photo paper?? Any help? My ad says multipurpose paper is $1 after rebate and photo is $2 after rebate.

    • Teri

Never mind! I figured it out!! Sometimes I need help with the simplest things!

      • Kayla

Where are they? I can’t find them!!

  3. Caitlin

Does anyone know how it would work out if I used the $5 off $30 coupon on some of the free after rebate deals? Would it be a money maker or would it reduce the amount of the rebate? I might make it to Staples to use my $40 egift card.

    • Becca

It would just reduce your rebate amount. Staples only gives a rebate for the actual amount paid. But I went in today and bought 2 reams of paper and 1 photo paper and $6 worth of the school supplies. The supplies I donate and they only cost $1 and the other paper I get the rebate back so it is free as well.

      • Becca

because of the $5 off $30 coupon, the supplies were only $1.. Should have added that part ha

        • Ketsy

Its suppose to reduce the amount of the rebate to. The $5 off gets prorated across the board to other items as well though so you do save a bit and the out of pocket is less also. HTH
I wanted to try it before I responded:
          I bought:
          2 erasers sets $1ea
          2 sharpie 25c ea
          1 paper $6.99
          1 photo paper $9.99
          2 crayola color pencila $1ea
2 Bic Gel pens 50c ea
          2 Scissors $1 ea
          2 Bic Pens 25c ea
          1 Pilot pens G2 $7.29 (for me :D)
          Used $5 off $30, 50% off G2item, $1off paper, $2 off photo paper

My total was $34.27 before coupons and $22.62 total before taxes so
My rebates are showing as $4.90 for the paper and $6.54 for the photo paper.
$11.18 for all this stuff after I get my rebates 😀
I guess $2.56 went to this and $2.44 discount to everything else. Still savings 😀

the $5 off $30 works before store and manufacturer coupons?

            • Ketsy

Yes. It also shows prorated throughout each item and as a separate discount on the receipt. If you are barely at $30 hand it first because if other coupons put you below then this one will beep and not take. HTH

          • SK

            THANK YOU!! =)

          • Guest

Using a Staples purchase coupon won’t reduce the rebate amount. I just used an in ad coupon last month and am receiving the full rebate amount. Hth

            • Ketsy

Wow! News and even better for me! I went with my three kids for the pity approach (JK, hubby was working). Anyhow, the usual worker that helps me explained my receipt to me. He showed me where each one was taken off the $5 prorated, the other coupons and also I paid with rewards 😀 I submitted my rebate online which says amount may change due to receipt or refund. Here’s to hoping you’re right 😀

            • SK

Oh it would be amazing if they refund the full amount!!

Does anyone have $1.5/2 bic pens coupon they can forward to me? I lost the email they sent me from fb last month =(

            • SK

Please if anyone has it and would kindly email it to me I would greatly appreciate it!! Srey2208@gmail.com

    • Christa

It does reduce your rebate. BTS savings pass also reduces your rebate. On the plus side, you pay less sales tax though.

  4. Kara

If I buy multi packs of Expo markers, would I need multi coupons?

    • Christa

Most coupons have a limit of one. Many people log on to their rewards account for coupons since those often do not have a limit so they print several.

  5. Sarah

I did this for the last paper deal and rebate and sent everything in that they wanted/needed and got a card in the mail saying that they can’t honor it because there was no rebate for the product….I won’t waste my time again. I would double check with the cashier before you buy anything that needs a rebate just incase

    • kathys04

I got this too and called about it. They actually said it was a glitch in the system that they knew about and were fixing. HTH.

    • Stacey

Yes, call…I also called the other night and was told it was also a glitch in the system. I have done many staples rebates and this is the first one I had an issue with.

    • Jac

Same here. I have done staples rebates for years and almost never have a problem. This one was unusual but has been corrected now. I was also told that there was something wrong with this rebate system-wide. You should call to have yours corrected!

  7. Kayla

Where are the $1 off and $2 off paper coupons located in the staples ad? Please help! Thanks.

    • KS

  8. lily

  9. Kim

I logged into my Staples Reward account to look at my available coupons. I had a coupon for $10 off in-store purchase of $20 or more. 🙂
