I clicked on the link to take the survey, did the survey and got what looks like the coupon I need. I hope I can use it. I did not sign up for their club because the survey popped up and the coupon at the end.

hmmm….the coupon shows on my computer, but when I print the page, their coupon was replaced w/ an icon thing saying “image as described above.” Wonder if they’ll accept it? Sure hope so…wasn’t one of those quick 5 question surveys, but definitely worth the $5 offer if it works!
