You probably wont get the email for a free outfit right away. You have to actually order a outfit with the free outfit code and enter payment information and your address. Dont worry they wont just send you a random outfit!
You also have to make a purchase to be signed up for the monthly outfit…I now understand what you were saying lol

I got the email and tried to order but instead of being free it came out to $34.95…strange. I chatted with cs and they wanted to call me to get my cc info….red flag for me!
I wonder if there was perhaps an issue with the link from your email? I’ve ordered from them several times via their links without issue. However if I just went to the website and ordered they came up in my cart full price. The clothes are always really good quality and come pretty quickly. I also wonder if they may not be able to accept credit card info via online chat per company policy and/or security reasons. Did they offer the option for you to call them?
yeah, probably a glitch…i might try later to see if the link works. The outfit say free but when i got to check out it says i need to pay $34.95 :/ I have heard of this company before (positive things as well) but never personally purchased from them. cs just asked for a number for her supervisor to call me to place the order, no option for me to call them.

No red flags for me…I’ve been ordering from this company on and off without a hitch for the past 6 months. I think their clothes are noticably better quality.

Be diligent if and when you cancel. It took me 3 emails and then finally a phone call to cancel (even then the rep was trying to force me to stay). I’ve read about people that tried to cancel yet they still got shipped merchandise they did not want. FebKids then tried to credit the merchandise instead of refunding. So make sure you have canceled, because they have your credit information!
I also had a hard time canceling. It took 2 phone calls for me and I even waited 6 months to cancel once I ordered.
I never had a problem canceling. I did it all online. I hope this has not changed.
They have great customer service. Have been great with me!

If you do not take an action between the 1st and the 10th of the month, you will be charged $39.95 for a member credit on the 11th.
