Just bought a computer at Best Buy and that place is a joke! Took 45 minutes to walk in knowing what I wanted to walking out. They are so disorganized at the Springfield, MO location. We used our reward card and no points was added when I checked on the computer when I got home. No wonder I hear about Best Buy hurting financially! All I have to say is check to make sure they give you the points.
Based on personal experience, it takes a while for the points to show. My daughter bought a laptop computer and her points were credited several weeks later, but they were enough to purchase a protective sleeve “free.” So my advice is to check back again, later in August.
Jennifer B. is right. In most cases, points aren’t credited until the return period has ended. So people don’t cheat the system by buying something, getting the points and then returning it. Give it about a month and check back. If they still haven’t posted, contact them. They have always been helpful if I’ve had an issue!
I didn’t do last week’s BB audience how can I do it?
I don’t think you can do last weeks now because it has changed to the above Trivia questions. 🙁
Thanks
