With the $15 off $50 from the App, I was able to score 5 pair of kids jeans for $35! Just $7 a pair….pretty great deal. Also, the code in my phone and my friends didn’t work, so they had something to scan- we’ll be heading back today for more!

A question here, since july my snap app has not been working. Anybody else having issues and what can I do? I missed getting the $5 every week.
My $5 hasn’t been working.either. when I get it, it doesn’t show barcode. I tried deleting the app and re installing and still wouldn’t work. I emailed them asking why I was having problems they said that they didn’t know… Told me if I have it on my phone with no barcode to show staff at old navy and if they gave me a problem to have them call to push it through…
Same problem too. Last time same thing happend with no barcode so the manager gave it to me and I told her that I was able to see the code at home. So I ask her if I get it next time can I just write the code? And she told me it was ok. But I done the same thing deleted the app and putting it back and same thing. I’ve lost about $40 on my two devices 🙁
Yes, I have had the same problem. Last time my bar code would not show, so I couldn’t use my $5 and today my code for $15 off $50 would not work. It is getting very frustrating!
Last two times my snap appy had no bar code so they wouldn’t take it. 🙁
The past 2 times I haven’t gotten a barcode either and the manager said they would not take it. I have written SnapAppy and have received no feedback.
Same thing has been happening to me with Snapappy. No barcode on my 5 off 5 coupons, it drives me nuts because I search around the store for something to get and then get to the register and the coupon doesn’t work, they won’t push it through either. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and still the same thing happens. I have emailed snapappy about it twice but never get a response. However my husbands snapappy works fine on his phone. Weird! If anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix it, please help us.
Mine hadn’t been working either and we asked for a manager but they insisted that with no barcode they can’t and won’t do anything 🙁
I had a code for $15 off $75. It had a barcode but wouldn’t scan. He tried to type it in and it said it was expired but it had 4 days left. The manager was able to override it after some convincing on my part.
Also got the $15 off $50 today but I haven’t gotten the $5 code for a few weeks now. I miss it too. Haven’t had the barcode issue though. I did get it where it didn’t have the expiration date on it.
Haven’t gotten the $5 off any purchase (Snap 5) for weeks, maybe even months now… :/ Great while it lasted!! 🙂
