I did the sock clearance a while ago and was very impressed with the quality of them. I just ordered a whole outfit, including shoes and a headband for my niece and a really nice jacket for my baby for $23. At least I have one person knocked off my christmas list 😉 Thanks collin!!!
Had my cart, entered the code, all was good. Got the final part of the checkout and was told two of my items were out of stock, go back and remove. So I did, but my code disappeared. Now when I enter it, nothing happens.
Make sure if you copy and pasted code it doesn’t have a space in beginning. Some reason it did that to mine and wouldn’t work. It finally worked, good luck.
I ended up logging out, refilling my cart and checking out as a guest. Bit of a pain but easier than contacting customer service. I’ve ordered from them before and they are pretty similar to Children’s Place (the founder of Ruum is a former CEO of Children’s Place). $13.04 for 2 shirts, 2 leggings, 2 sunglasses and a cute head band shipped to my door 🙂
I finally got my order to go through, but not before it told me my zip was not valid for my state and to remove a pair of sunglasses because there were only 229 pairs left. Weird. Not entirely confident my complete order will make here.
The code worked in my cart, but when I proceed my order, the code was removed. Customer Service said they would address the issue and get back to me via email. Also, beware, some of their girl’s shoes are sized incorrectly. I ordered a pair of 4Y ( according to them, Y stand for YEAR), and the shoes arrived as size 4 infant. I was so sad.
The white and black ones? That happened to me, I was way bummed!
Yes, the white and black ones. The rep didn’t seem to care and said that I could send them back and they would wave the $5 reshelving fee. I can’t get to the post office easily and returning them was not worth my time. I was pretty angry with the wrong sizing.
Another warning, when this brand was 77Kids, it was really high quality. The RUUM merchandise is more like Children’s Place or Old Navy. Still decent for the price, but not as nice.
I ordered the last time you posted and I was happy with the clothes for the money spent. However, ordering from this website is WEAK at best. They dont tell you until you press order that items are out of stock then you need remove them and go through the process again. Will scare a lot of customers away.

I tried ordering but some things were out of stock when I went to place my order. After placing one order I went back and the items were back in stock so I was able to order them. Weird but true.
I think they reserve things in peoples carts, and if they don’t end up buying them they are “back in stock” because that happened to me as well.

I would avoid this site at all costs. First they removed my coupon code AFTER checkout, charging me the full amount. Then they sent me the wrong size shoes. They’re pretty awful.
I love their stuff, but one of their shoes are marked wrong. They say 3 year old when they are actually for a 3 month old.
I love their clothing! I have ordered from them many times and have been pleased every time. The clothes runs true to size on my 2 year old daughter!

Happened to me. I called customer service. They said they will email support and credit my credit card. I am definitely keeping a close eye on this transaction. (oh, I forgot to mention, I did two transaction. The first one went through just fine the second did not.)

This site is THE most annoying place to order from, keeps telling me things have sold out or tell me there’s only 71 or 113 of an item left, ummmm I only want 1!!!! Grrr, I’m about to just give up on ordering from them, not sure its worth my time.

The discount did not work if you look at your email after you’ve paid. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I’ve replied to the email they sent, but I haven’t gotten anything. This is ridiculous!

I’ve ordered from Ruum many times and never had an issue. It does seem that some of their sizes can be weird (for ex: the boys had said Aug or May….uh…what? So I called and their customer service was great and said it was a coding problem. the month stood for the size, August, was size 8, May was size 5. ) All their stuff is great quality that I have ordered, and every promo code I’ve ever used goes through great. I just ordered shoes, 2 pair jeans, two shirts, hair accessory, etc. for under $40. Can’t beat it.
Just beware. I ordered a lot of stuff from this site a month ago and a few weeks later, I got an email saying they were all out of stuck but a couple of small items I ordered, so they just sent that.
