Update- it worked for me even though I ordered through my husband’s account this past weekend with the same billing address! And it denied me using the code after my husband used it last weekend. So I would say yes!
I ordered 99 prints last week and today just purchased 99 more prints. I was able to use the discount code for both transactions (I only have 1 account)
