Don’t quote me but I have a feeling its based on the date of purchase. I bought something July17th and around Aug 16 my rewards were available. Bought something on the 26th of June and about the 24th of July, the rewards were available so it’s looking like a 30 day type thing with the exception of backpacks that got held an extra month (as it stated on the fine print). HTH

yes, I do not know why everyone is saying they got it the next month when I just looked on the site and it says quarterly? therefore that would be about every 3 months and then one month after that date.
So mine say form July they will be given in October but what am I supposed to do with like $200 of office max money in October when deals aren’t going on anymore?
that’s why I prefer STaples over any of the programs as you get the money back in weeks.
I actually called them and found out its because I have the teachers account they do it 4 times a year, April, July, October and January. The Business ones do it monthly.
