Anyone now how this compares to Costco prices?
I ordered the deal listed above and added on huggies pure and clean baby wipes 600 count for $10.97 then clipped a $1 off coupon for that also. I wanted my total to be at least $25 (to qualify for the super saver free shipping b/c I feed guilty canceling the subscribe and save after it has shipped). At checkout it automatically deducted $5 for the facebook promotion Collin posted about the other day ($5/25). My total ended up being $21.44 shipped! Seems like a good deal to me.
According to a website called Yaysave, 12 of this brand’s double rolls are 253.3 square feet. This deal from Amazon is 36 double rolls, so 759.9 square feet. Since I’m not brand-loyal I wouldn’t pay over $7.59 for this, and actually I’d pay less since I get toilet paper at Costco for under $0.01/square foot. This is actually almost double what I’d consider a decent price (assuming the measurements I found on that website are correct).
That’s why I really hate comparing toilet paper prices by the roll rather than the square foot ….
I’ve ordered quilted northern from amazon probably 2 or 3 times, and have always been able to “clip” the coupon. Now it says “Sorry. You have exceeded the quantity limit of this coupon.” Bummer, I didn’t realize they limited the coupons 🙁 Anyone else have this, and know what the time period is for it to reset?
