I would strongly recommend not getting the cheapest item you can find, it turns out to be the biggest hassle ever when the item runs out of stock and they have to backorder it. It took me 3 months to get everything worked out a few months back when they did this.

The straight blow dry is THE BEST anti-frizz, thermal protector I’ve ever had. I have course, wavy hair and it gives me nice shine when I use my straightener.

The shampoo and conditioner samples are double packs. They are package together like the shampoo/conditioner samples you get from other companies. So, they count as 2 samples.

Help! I was able to score this deal but when checking out my order consisted of all six samples, and now on my email conformation it doesn’t include the 2oz styling cream and instead includes a Bb “thank you card envelope” sample. How should I go about this?
I would just give them a call. They were very helpful the last time I did a deal like this with all the fun samples. Some of my samples were being shipped in separate shipments and so it was good I called to know what was going on. I had good customer service. If something ends up missing from your order when it arrives they will make it right (at least, that was my experience). HTH! Enjoy the fun deal!
I’ve been a fan of bumble and bumble for a long time, too…but this most recent order has been really disappointing! Neither of the travel size freebies arrived (styling creme and grooming creme)…when I called they told me they couldn’t do anything because they’re out of stock, even though as I was on the phone I checked their site they currently show as in stock on the website. Really, really crappy customer service.
My shipment arrived today and was naturally missing the styling and grooming creme due to being out of stock. I called and they are now shipping me to 2 replacement samples. Great customer service! Awesome deal for $6 and some change!! Thanks you Collin for posting these great finds!!!!
