Cartwheel says “razors” and no mention of cartridge refills. Has anyone actually used in on refills for the current cartwheel x8/31? the one that expired last month did included refills.

I think you can. I went to target yesterday and used the one dollar off a fresh fruit purchase and it is still in my list. I would call your store just in case!
I found the answer by scrolling down the cartwheel page. All the way on the bottom says that “Each individual offer within a coupon may only be used once.” Bummer!

Mobile coupons are a one time use. It will actually put the date you used the coupon so you know which ones are still available. BUT…if you have more than one smartphone (friends, spouse, kids) you can get the offers sent to their phones as well.
For the edge shaving cream, you can also use the $1 target coupon that expires 9/14. 6oz or larger and the $1 off edge Manufacture coupon. I did this today
If I have one target web coupon for the school razors can I buy a razor and a refill with it in one transaction? Or is the coupon only applicable to one product. The fine print it says only one coupon per offer or guest..
The coupon would only be applicable to just one, either the razor or the refill, not both.

So disappointed in Target lately. I went to get the loreal deal. No gift card was triggered. When I questioned it, I was told not all are included. So even though its on sale for 3.99, its not included in the gift card deal. The smooth intense variety in the pic is NOT included. Am I the only one this happened too?
