You are welcome! I didn’t realize it either until my code wouldn’t work online and then I read the tiny print at the bottom of the card. Thankfully I have a friend in WI so I sent the code to her. 🙂

This is kinda unrelated, but in the past 6 weeks or so, I have received two postcards about some class action lawsuit against Papa John’s for unsolicited text messages, and both contained a coupon for a free medium pizza. I have used one so far and had no issues at all.

im in WI as well. i will do this…..but i will never give any company my children’s real information….name/birthdate…nothing.

Why not? My son is registered with Lego magazine and a bunch of professional sports kid’s clubs. Things aimed towards kids. What’s the harm in that?

      • rach

companies buy/sell your own personal information….that could be used in identity theft….not to mention computer hacking that happens all the time.
identity thieves should not be given information to make their lives easier.
i taught my kids to use fake names, birth dates, etc. to sign up for things online. having less info out there especially from a young age is only a good thing i think.
