   how do you turn off pop-up blocker for chrome?

  You can allow all pop-ups by disabling the pop-up blocker. Follow these steps:

  Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. (that’s the 3 horizontal lines on the button below the red “x” to close)
  Select Settings.
  Click Show advanced settings.
  in the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button.
  In the “Pop-ups” section, select “Allow all sites to show pop-ups.” Customize permissions for specific websites by clicking Manage exceptions.

   I have turned off the Pop Up Blocker in Chrome, Firefox, and IE and I STILL just get a blank page after submitting my info. 🙁 I guess no magazine for me. 🙁

   I had no problem when I allowed the pop-up! No need to turn off pop-up blocker.

    Thanks Collin! I couldn’t get it to work on Chrome, even with pop ups disabled, but I had no problem using IE 8.
