Is is $5 for the 12 pack of double rolls or single? That seems like an awesome deal if it’s double rolls

  2. CAROLYN

can they be combined with a MQ?

  3. nonebetter

Silly question but is it 50% off AND another $1.50 off if I buy the wipes?

  4. Sarah

Ibotta has a $1.50 reward on the wipes

  5. irene

Oh my goodness — this deal is so good. Especially when paired with a $2 MQ I got from Kimberly Clark in the mail (called about a web Q that didn’t print.) Trying to pay $.50 for a big bundle of TP will surely cause a stir at the register! I will have that PDF Jessica pulled up on my phone for backup. Wish me luck!

If you don’t want to buy the wipes and if you have the “Pick Up The Values” booklet there is a save $.75 on any 4-pack or larger Cottonelle toilet paper coupon. The coupon expires 01/31/14, I found the booklets in Publix.

  7. Kris10

    How many per customer?

    • Kris10

Nevermind- I see 1 per transaction

  8. Hilary Hollister

My store only cares the big rolls, priced at $6 for twelve rolls.

  9. Becky In Ohio

I got this deal on 12 big rolls. Final price was $2.50! I also found Robitussin on the clearance rack and got it 30 cents, with the $3 off coupon I’d clipped.

Thank you…just did this deal with no problems:) total with tax $2..67!!!

ugh. these coupons print with your email address on them. i don’t like just anyone knowing that at the register. i try to never enroll in the store to protect my email from anonymous spam.

  12. Esmeralda

I did this deal but found that when I used the $2 off cottonelle toilet paper and wipes coupon it made my 50% discount for the TP to be reduced to only $1.50 instead of $2.50 which would be half of the $5 price…

    • irene

Same here. Even though the store q was scanned first, it took off 50% after MQ. I could hear groaning from the line forming behind me as I asked about the discount discrepancy. The manager was really hostile to me earlier so I let it go. It’s just not right, but I didn’t expect things to go very smoothly at Family Dollar either.

  13. Esmeralda

My deal went like this. $5 Toilet paper $2.25 wipes. Minus $2 coupon (I assume it took off $1 for each based on discount i received) minus 50%off toilet paper $1.50 = $3.75 tax (you see my discount should have been $2.50 not $1.50)

  14. Carmen

So.. the coupon says 1 per transaction.. so that means i can do multiple transactions and get more right?

    • Kris10p

Yes. I did it four times

      • alison

greedy…thats why there aren’t any for the rest of us

I went to FD and used the code. The cashier had no idea this was going on and asked for the code again to write it down for herself. Haha

  16. karen

    I bought 2 @a cost of 2.27 each.Great deal…thanks!

  17. Kris10p

I bought four packs. Checked out four times and paid 2.78 each time!:)) yay!!!

  18. Kristy

I bought 6 packs and they rang them all up together and used the coupon once- it took 50% off of all of them- with no tax where I live it only cost $15 for 6 packs-that’s about 20 cents per roll- score.

    • alison

printable coupon states 50% off one pack only

  19. alison

The big rolls aren’t as big as the double

  20. Sandy 'Elzinga' Harper

I only did it once but had problems with the 50% off q, Cashier had to do it manually, then when I got to the car realized I paid over $7 for the wipes and tp, when the tp was normally $6 and wipes were $2.50. I should have only paid $3.25 for both with the 50% q and the $2 q. There were peelies on the tp for $2.00 off the tp and wipes. So I went back in and she adjusted it and gave me $5.30 cash back, but now that I think about she gave me too much back. Oh shopping FD isn’t exactly pleasant lol.

Oh well, I saw that deal was good only on 10/7… I printed on 10/8 about 12:15 am and it printed with expiration date 10/7? How do you know what coupons are Family Dollar coupons or mfr?

  22. Stacie {Thriftiest Creations}

I was able to get 2 of these deals thanks so much for finding this great deal! I am now signed up for the daily deals txt so I can’t wait to see what others deals ill be able to get!

  23. Christy

I went the store and of course PROBLEMS!! The cashier scanned the product, $5, then input the code, 50% off, then scanned $.75 coupon and my total $4.25. Huh? The code never took off the 50%, go figure! The cashier called over the manager who asked in a suspicious tone “where’d you get this?” I told her (with an attitude) “Family Dollar Text and it’s also on the website.” She then proceeded to void out and redo the transaction with the same result. The cashier told me I couldn’t use the manufacturer and store at which point I whipped out the coupon policy. Yep, I did! (There was a long line behind, but oh well.) I showed her the policy and then they decided (cause the manager seemed clueless) that putting the $2.50 discount in manually then applying the manufacturer coupon would be the easiest way to do things. You think? I paid my $1.75 plus and the started the second transaction. Yep, they knew what to do with the second transaction, Ridiculous!!

  24. Alexis

I was able to use the store coupon and manufacturer’s coupon after having to show the manager their store coupon policy on my phone. SMH! He actually asked if my coupon was a manufacturer’s coupon, when it clearly says it on the top. WOW! But hey, the flip side is I got my 12 double rolls of Cottonelle for $1.50.
