  How strange… after I created the eCard there was a “Get Sample” link displayed. Try creating an eCard again and see if it’s there.

   it worked. however, after i made the card, i noticed my pop up blocker blocked the sample request page. so those that are not getting the sample form, maybe see if yours got blocked initially? thanks so much for this offer, i wanted to try these!
