all the colors are now in stock, go figure. it’s also listed as a best seller on walmart.com. No one will price match the screenshot, because now all the prices are back to $139.96 & they look up the product before just taking your word.
i hate walmart & refuse to shop there. everyone who ordered & then was lied to saying it was out of stock, keep contacting walmart until they give it to you. social media goes a long way as well. hopefully those of you that were lied to get your cookware.
I ordered my set at 8:30 AM on Tuesday morning, received my confirmation email with my order # and was told that within 4 hours I would get a text saying it was ready for pick up… well 8 hours later I got a text saying my order was CANCELLED! I Immediately called corporate and spoke with a very nice representative who said corporate stated they WILL honor that price as long as the order was actually placed and we received an order number. She then tried to go ahead and get it ordered for me online but they were all out of stock. She told me that they cannot change the price back to $28.97 but that I can purchase the cookware, and then give them a call back and they will refund me for the difference. She made very descriptive notes and even read them back to me and said “That way, nobody should have a problem getting this fixed for you” WELL SURE ENOUGH, they are now in stock so I placed my order for $130 and then called Walmart and told them what the rep told me and gave them her name and they said “Sorry we aren’t going to honor a typographical error” I asked to speak to a supervisor who said the same thing (Regardless of the notes in the system!!) So then they said the representative that told me was at another corporate office and they will be in contact with her manager and they will call me back by the end of the day but that she should have never told me that because that is against policy. WHAT??? I am beyond upset about this!!! I placed my order and my card was charged (and then refunded when the order for was cancelled by Walmart). I refuse to let this go. They made a mistake and they need to deal with the repercussions, not us!! Anyone else still having a problem getting their cookware set????
My order went through around the same time, credit card charged and then cancelled around 3pm. The way Walmart is handling this is absolutely wrong!! They tried to give me a $10 off $50 purchase code to use as an apology. How is that making this right? I am still fighting this and won’t stop until they make it right.
They cancelled my order as well saying that it is not available at the store. I told them I will wait… They came back saying it was an error on our part… and we could not honor that price. Go buy it for $139. Sucks. Keep bugging them
They told me the same thing and said I could check another store in my area to see if they had it in stock. I asked if they would honor the price and they said NO!!!
I haven’t gave up yet Im stilling fighting them in emails I placed my order got a conformation email a d then it was canceled several hours latter. Im not going to give up this is ridiculous.
I had order 2 sets at the Walmart in Dryridge, KY and they only let me have the one set, saying they were out and that it was only one set per order.
Well I emailed corporate and told them it was bull crap how at first they told me I wasn’t able to get mine because they were simply out of stock at my store when they were NOT out of stock and then they came back and said oh actually it was a pricing error all orders were cancelled. I pointed out how some that were ordered hours after mine (I ordered at 6:40am) were able to get theirs so clearly no they weren’t cancelled. They aren’t offering anything to me other than sorry move on pretty much.
also I would like to note, that my order was cancelled on Tuesday yet they withdrew the money from my bank account yesterday and there are no refunds coming through for it.
spoke to them over email, they tried saying it’s a hold for the money that it’s not withdrawn. WRONG it has been withdrawn, it does not say pending. sooo they took my money, I got no pots and pans and now they say it will take up to a week to get my money back.
Ok so I was lucky I ordered 2 one in orange and one in red. Received a cancellation for the orange one, but never received anything for the red one. So I called store same day they said they were picking it now (the red one and would be ready soon). So today my mother-in-law went to pick it up!!! No trouble except they wanted the pickup email which I never received. They gave it to her anyway. Just glad I got one set! The other was going to be a gift..
As much as I really want the other set going to be happy with my one. Besides I hate Walmart and never coupon there, they never accept any of my coupons!!! That’s why I ❤️ Target!! Love Targets coupons, and cartwheel, besides I pay a few more dollars if I had to just to go to Target!!
I normally miss out on deals like this, so I wasn’t getting my hopes up until I had my cookware set in my hands, but everything went smooth & I have an awesome set of cookware for $31 total! I can’t wait to cook with it!
I noticed while shopping today the 2.5 quart covered casserole dish was $25 ( in blue) all other colors were $39.

I also placed an online order that was subsequently cancelled by Walmart because the item was “not in stock” at my local store. Well, lo and behold, I was in that Walmart today and there was the exact orange cookware set on the shelf for $139! I brought the set, along with copies of my purchase confirmation and order cancellation, to the courtesy desk. A manager was called over and they did override the $139 price and honored the online price, so I was able to get the set for $31, including tax. Apparently, there was an online pricing error on the set (it should not have been $28 and the store manager had a email to that effect), but my store didn’t give me any trouble about adjusting the price. The cashier was just amazed at how inexpensive the set was!
I got my ‘please pick up’ email a while ago but just picked these up yesterday. I had one orange and one red. The lady working in the site-to-store area actually offered to pay me $50 for one set! she said they were all so jealous when they saw the deals come in but by the time she went online a lil bit later to order, they were out!
