      I know. I love floss!

I had so much trouble with up& up floss, it sticks between your teeth, at one point I thought my teeth were going to break. I am do glad I am finally done with them.

      Stucks

They wouldn’t give me the floss. Told me the item had to be over the dollar. Manager on duty said the same thing. Told them that isn’t what coupon says. They told me sorry and I said sorry then I don’t want it.

Granted its a small item and probably not worth it but if you have another Target in the area and it’s on your way home, etc I would try another store. I have a similar issue over and over again with one store and it’s management but all the others in my area (at least 4 other stores) don’t act like that. Whenever possible I do my regular shopping at those stores. They have weekly meetings on Sundays where their profit and customer ratings are discussed and every once in awhile (usually when I have an issue with another deal) I hear mgmt complaining their ratings are down. Hmmm wonder why! Its a small way you can thank the stores that treat their customers right too- patronize another store and once in awhile I put a thank you call in to corporate. Likewise, a call to corporate about the inappropriate mgmt helps too. I have also done this on situations (like my mobile coupon not working and being told I’ve used it….)

My store would not honor the coupon for floss unless the price was over $1. Not worth arguing over.

So at my target I had my cashier tell me that my coupon didn’t apply for any eye drop products, and the way she held it, it was clearly said eye drops on the little box, and then after hesitating to put it through, she told me she would only do it this once. I was a little flabbergasted that I couldn’t even reply if she hadn’t put it through, in my head I was like, really? I don’t get it.

There is a 5% Up & Up Dental coupon in the Cartwheel.

I like to think that not too many people will go thru the trouble of loading the cartwheel offer on the toothbrush just to save 1 penny. But good to know if you’re buying a multipack or something.

Pennies do add up 🙂 I saved change for a few years and had over $20 just in pennies. May not seem like much but hey that’s a new shirt or lunch out for for yourself!! Or a few mornings of Starbucks!! Lol 🙂 “A penny saved is a penny earned!!”

      • Liz

Lol I have the same point of view. I
always find pennies on the floor which I pick up ( I know gross) sometimes I feel silly doing it. But for about a year after saving all loose change in a jar I went to coin star and cashed in $45!

Ugh… I should have read the comments on the floss before checkout. Coupon states the coupon can’t be redeemed for an item less than the coupon amount. Don’t blame the cashiers for this one. I don’t usually get flustered over these things but this must be new with some Target coupons. I bought the floss anyway without the coupon as I was buying other items with a gift card, so no big deal. It’s just .87 cents and lesson learned to always double check the fine print! 🙂

    • Lindsay

I do this too. Glad I read the comments for once!
