  I spent to long on trying this. .. at the end of My survey I got the message “this survey is now closed”… good grief!

   Maybe the site is overwhelmed. I couldn’t get it to submit and when I tried to refresh the page it just kept coming up blank.

    I got mine.
    Had to click reload button a lot though.
    So if you have some issues, just reload the page until you get through.

    Need to be patient and keep refreshing the page. I finally got it to work doing it that way.

    I was having the same problem, but just keep refreshing (I had to fill out some information hit next, then blank screen, so refresh it again and then it would finally give me the next page… and so on. In the end you will get the sample 🙂

    It finally worked for me but only after I kept refreshing each new page. And I did get confirmation saying I’d receive it in 10-14 days so it’s worth a try 🙂

    I was clicking refresh after filling out the survey when it froze and just got “survey is no longer collecting responses.” Too bad!

    Closed before I could finish survey and now you can’t even go to the Facebook page link above. :/ Waste of my time. I need Sally Hansen to start making their version of this product again. It was much better and cheaper.
