It appears these Little People toys are still available at an awesome price if you missed my previous post. Plus, these toys ships FREE with Super Saver Shipping with a $35+ purchase OR snag FREE 2-day shipping (no minimum) with Amazon Prime (check out this post for more information on how to score a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime).

Better yet, if you are a Target shopper, you can price match the Amazon.com price AND use the $10/1 Fisher-price manufacturer’s coupon to sweeten the deal even further! Check it out…

Fisher-Price Little People Happy Sounds Home Toy
OR Fisher-Price Little People Animal Sounds Farm only $22.99 (when you price match)
Plus, use the $10/1 Fisher-price Little People manufacturer’s coupon (when you share)
Final cost only $12.99! What a *HOT* price!

Note that you will NOT be able to also use the $5 Off Fisher-price Toy of $19 or more Target coupon due to the Target Price Matching Policy. It states the following:

Can I use a coupon when price matching?

A guest can use coupons when price matching per Target’s normal coupon policy. When the guest presents a coupon(s), these steps will be followed:

Manufacturer coupons: manufacturer coupons will be applied after the price match is made.

Target coupons: Target coupons will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor’s price.

How do you price match to Amazon? Do you just print the page and take it with you?

    • sarah

They can look it up for you at checkout, but I have the amazon app on my phone where I just scan the barcode and the price comes up and then I just give them my phone.

      • sandra

what if you don;t have a smart phone with app for amazon

  2. sarah

Did they just start enforcing this target price matching policy? Because I have bought 3 toys so far where they price matched to Amazon, then I gave them the target, manufacturer, and cartwheel coupons. I had no problems whatsoever. Is this something new that they are going to start to enforce or has this always been the case?

    • ashley

they price matched mine first as well, then took the $10 coupon and $5 target mobile coupon.. 7.99 as well 😀

  3. Rebekah

I JUST did this deal at Target and had NO problem using Target AND manufacturer coupons. $7.99 tax! 🙂

  4. pharm_chick

oh, i need to try this tomorrow!!

  5. Kelsey

My target would not price match amazon. Even talked to a manager who said they stopped doing that! 🙁

  6. Emily

I did it today and used both coupons. Got it for $7.99.

  7. Jen

Can you price match at the register or does it need to be at the Customer Service area?

    • Rebekah

      Customer service

    • bettyj

The first time I ever price matched (quite a while back more than a yr) they told me I had to do it at Customer Svc so I always carried them there, but then several months ago they told me they could do them at register. I told them cashier had said customer svc and she (customer svc) said it depended on the cashier that most of them didn’t know how to do it. THen I started doing it at register until yesterday when the cashier said I had to go to customer svc and customer svc also said it had to be done there. I think that it just depends on who’s working where at my store.

  8. Christina T

I was able to price match and use BOTH coupons as well – great deal for both

  9. Twinksmom

How many items are you allowed to price match at the same time? I want to get both of these items and 2 dogs from earlier. Can I do that or is it 1 item per person?

  10. cely

i just went to target and they told me that I couldnt use my coupon. it was either price matching or use coupon. 🙁

    • PAN

You should print out their policy and take it with you. It states that you can use a manufacturer coupon with the price match.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, it’s always a good idea to have the price matching policy on hand for issues like this.

      • cely

it was odd, because the manager had a coupon policy in hand, and it read that coupons could be used BUT the coupons should be scanned before the price match was made.

  11. Sam

Now I want to return the one I bought at Target a few weeks ago and get it for $7.99. I’m not sure if they would let me.

    • Gina

You just need your receipt and go to guest services! Never hurts to try. You shouldn’t have to return it.

  12. Janie Buckley

I cant find my target coupon for The Happy Sounds home. I know I printed it out.

    • Rebekah

Target has a current coupon out that is $5 off a $19+ Fisher Price purchase

  13. Libby

We bought two @ $7.99 each today. Wasn’t sure of policy, just went in with both sets of coupons. Oops!

  14. meghan

I bought the Farm for $7.99 on Friday and the happy home today for $7.99 – went to two different stores and neither one game me a problem using both coupons. 🙂 Awesome deal!!!

    • sun

For the happy home , did you use $5 off $19 fisher-price toy Target coupon?

  15. Samii

The price of the toy is $32.99 at the store. With the $5 Target Coupon it’s $27.99….

  16. Trina

Can you price match amazon at Walmart? We don have a target but we have walmart and I really want this toy!

  17. Trina

Does Walmart price match to amazon?

    • Samii

      No, oh local stores.

  18. caity

I got the farm today and gave the cashier both coupons. She didn’t question it, and I had a lot of other items in my order, but I didn’t notice until after I left that for some reason the $5 off didn’t come off the total even though she scanned it. I’m jealous of everyone who was able to get it for 7.99 🙁

    • cely

same here.the $5 coupon did not come off. great deal anyway!

    • Erin

Likely because of posts all over the Internet about people doing it.

    • Erica Sue

Same problem for me. We realized the $10 coupon had to be scanned first to get it to work. It worked that way. They voided the transaction and redid it for me when I realized the $5 didn’t come off when I scanned it first. I did it twice. It would scan if I did the $5 first, but then wouldn’t come off the total. Comes off the total if you do the $10 first then $5

  19. Emily

Thank you for this post. I was stressing all day about finding a gift for a 2 year old birthday party next sat. When I saw this I grabbed my keys and high tailed it to my nearest Target that luckily had 2 in stock. And to top off the trip, Halloween items were marked down 70 percent. Found 2 adorable costumes to put back. One for Christmas and one for next Halloween. My 4 year old loves playing dress up. What could be better than princess costumes?

  20. MG

I just had them price match it to 12.99 and gave the cashier the $10off MFQ. I did this bc if you read the policy they take the TQ off the original price not the price match. Either way, I paid $4 after tax. Use (2) 5 dollar gift cards 🙂

  21. Dina

How long did it take for the $10 off to show up in ur email? I shared from my phone so it said to check my email for my coupon but haven’t received anything yet.

  22. Sjack

Hope price stays this until evening .

  23. Sarah

Picked up 2 of the happy homes this morning without an issue. Last ones on the shelf. I did not try to use the Target coupons since the price matching policy is pretty clear and I was more than happy with the $12.99 price. Sure beats Target’s regular price of $39.99!

  24. Melanie

Saw this last night and rushed out to Target where it said online that my local store had them in stock. Got there and all gone. Also all gone from the other local store. I was a little bummed because my son loves anything with farm animals.
This morning I remembered that Babiesrus/Toysrus will price match. Went there and picked up the last one. Used my $10 off manu coupon and came to $14 something after tax. My son and our dog have been playing with this for hours! Can’t afford the $34.99 toysrus was charging but $14 was affordable.
Thanks so much, Collin. Our house is filled with great toys and i would say 90% of them are from deals you post. 🙂

  25. Erin

I bet we’ll continue to see good deals on certain Fisher Price Little People sets. Judging by the coupons, promotions, and sales we’ve been seeing, combined with some of the reviews I’ve read about these toys, I suspect FP will be releasing new versions in the near future.

  26. janie buckley

I got the farm and the home at Target this morning. I was able to price match the $22.99 and had 2 of the $10 fp coupons and 1 of the $5 target ones so got a great deal. Thank you for helping us save money and great some awesome deals.

  27. Melanie M

Just got the last Happy Sounds Home at Target for $7.99 + tax with MQ and Target Q. Plus the supervisor who rang me up at customer service gave me free attitude. (I didn’t really need the latter but it was worth the deal;)

  28. Stacy P.

THank you just bought it this morning 🙂 Great deal!

  29. Christina

Is anyone having trouble printing the coupon? I have a Mac and I can’t get it to print….can someone take a pic of the coupon and I can scan from my phone? Or is that not allowed 🙂 just thought I would ask :)!

  30. Amy

I got both today at my local Target. I got the last Happy House on the shelf. So excited for Christmas. Thank you for the heads up on this HIP deal Collin!

  31. Valerie

Yeah, got the Happy Sounds Home with price match from Amazon and the $10 off coupon at Target!

  32. Levy

I got both today (happy sounds home and animal sounds farm) at my local Target for $7.99 each using the$10/1 Fisher-Price Little People coupons and $5 target coupon. Even sweeter, I found a Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Love to Play Puppy for $15.19 and tried using the $10/1 Fisher-price manufacturer’s coupon and $5 target coupon I printed last month and it worked! got it two for .19 cents each! paid $16.36 + tax for four fisher-price toys worth $112. Thanks Hip2Save!

  33. Dawn

I got the farm for $7.99! Even the people at the Guest Services were impressed with the deal!

    • Jan

I think I annoyed my Target guest services workers. The coupons were canceling out each other, but eventually a manager helped. Thankful for the deal!

      • sam

my target worker was totally annoyed. They always are when you hand over a coupon.

  34. pharm_chick

idid it today and it worked great! 22.99 via amazon PM, used the $10/1 mfq and the $5/1 target farm q fom some time back. i had some money on the gc earned from the starbucks deal and was oop 5.08! soo happy!!

  35. Marie

My target said as a company policy they don’t accept manufacture printed coupons. And no coupons after a price match! They were terrible. Drove 20 minutes to another target and they allowed the price match with one additional coupon. So even though I couldn’t get the extra 5 off with my target coupon 12.99 is still a great deal. Thanks Collin!

  36. Ashley

Just priced matched at my Target- and used both store and manufactures coupons! $7.99 each! I bought two at that price- good for presents!

  37. Olivia Douglass

All of the stores around me are out of stock….. does anyone know how long the TPC is for?

  38. Marie

Just printed out the coupons for 10 bucks and now they say only with a $25 minimum purchase!

    • Chelsea LaMarche

Noticed this today when I tried to use the coupon and was denied. Total bummer!

  39. Olivia Douglass

I just got back from a Target in our area and price matched both of them, the front end manager had no problem doing it. I only used the $10/1 coupons as I am one to follow the store’s coupon policy instead of trying for the $5 off Target coupon too! However, GREAT deals…. thanks so much for posting this!

  40. Martha

Marie, I just noticed that too 🙁 Fisher Price and Target must be reading the blogs and on IG :/ sad day. Maybe they’ll be on clearance for 25.99 lol and we can get them for 15.99? 🙁

  41. Amber alejos

I have a question this is the first year I have done price match and I went to customer service and tried doing a price match but the cashier wasn’t to sure but see said she couldn’t do the price match because it had prime of the side (AMAZON) she said prime means that’s amazon member price only so she couldn’t do it was she right?

    • Amber alejos

      This was at target.

      • Chelsea LaMarche

Not correct. Just means it qualifies for Amazon prime shipping. Prime had nothing to do with the price.

  42. Ivy A

Today I was able to use both coupons and got the FP Happy Home for $7.99…no issues…
But my question is, I see comments where people were able to get more than one toy for that price (or am I misunderstanding?)… how do you do that? Do the coupons have a limit?
    Thanks

  43. Ivy A

Oh also, I saw that the Target website has a printable coupon for $5 off a Disney Princess item: ” toy or sporting goods” is what the coupon says… just wondering if anyone has tried the $10 MQ with that coupon on the Disney Princess Klip Klop Stable (since it says “Disney Princess” on the box- shouldn’t it count?)….. hoping!!!
